Donald M. Hardeman, President & CEO
Mr. Hardeman brings a unique blend of business development and technology skills to new business creation and partnership arrangements in the Health Industry. With over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Health Care Administration industries — including 20 years managing business transformation initiatives, system development projects, telecommunications infrastructure, strategic planning and managing Government contracts for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. — Mr. Hardeman joined Navigy in 2000 as a principal managing business development projects. He was a principal creator of Availity, L.L.C., an all payer provider portal joint venture between Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc., Humana Inc., and Health Care Service Corporation. Most recently, he created and was the interim president of the TriServ Alliance L.L.C., a joint venture to compete for the south region TRICARE contract.

Currently he serves as President and CEO of Navigy, Inc., Vice President, Business and Alliance Development at BCBSF and as a member of the Board of Directors for Navigy Holdings, Inc., Navigy, Inc., Availity, L.L.C., B.P. Informatics, L.L.C. and Incepture, Inc.
